📅 How to Book

You may make a reservation through any of the following official channels:

⚠️ Please make sure to book only through our official channels.

 


 

💰 Down Payment & Confirmation

  • A 50% down payment is required to reserve your desired date.

  • Non refundable once paid.

  • Send proof of payment via Messenger.

  • Reservation is only confirmed after payment verification.

  • First paid, first served policy applies.

 


 

👥 Guests & Visitors Policy

  • Declare all guests and visitors before arrival.

  • Charges apply for extra guests:

    • ₱500/head (Overnight)

    • ₱200/head (Day Tour)

  • Day visitors exceeding 20 pax will be charged event rate.

Pets: Small pets allowed outdoors only with ₱500/pet fee. A ₱1,000 pet deposit is required.

Ocular Visits: Allowed by prior arrangement only.

 


 

🕐 Check-in / Check-out

  • Overnight Stay:

    • Check-in: 2:00 PM

    • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Day Tour:

    • Check-in: 2:00 PM

    • Check-out: 10:00 PM

  • Early Check-in / Late Check-out:

    • Subject to availability and management approval.

    • Extension fees apply.

 


 

🔁 Cancellation & Rebooking

  • Rebooking is allowed only due to:

    • Government issued travel restrictions

    • Typhoon Signal No. 2 and above

  • Must be rebooked within 3 months, subject to availability.

 


 

Reminders

  • All transactions must go through official platforms only.

  • We do not accept reservations through third party agents or unofficial channels.

 


 

 HOUSE RULES

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we ask everyone to please follow these house rules during your stay. 

 


 

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

  1. Check-in time: 2:00 PM
    Check-out time: 11:00 AM (Overnight Stay)
    Check-out time: 10:00 PM (Day Tour)

  2. Early check-in / Late check-out is subject to availability and must be coordinated with resort staff. Extension fees may apply.

 


 

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests, Visitors, and Payments

  1. The number of guests and visitors must be declared upon reservation and check-in.

  2. Extra guests will be charged:

    • ₱500/pax for overnight stays

    • ₱200/pax for day tours

    • Day visitors exceeding 20 pax will be charged event rate.

  1. Day visitors may stay only until 10:00 PM.
    Beyond this time, overnight charges will apply.

  2. Full payment is required upon arrival/check-in.

  3. A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 will be collected to cover potential damages, lost items, or additional consumption.

  4. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to resort property, including appliances, furniture, linens, and inflatables. Charges will be applied accordingly.

 


 

🧼 Cleanliness & Safety

  1. No smoking inside villas or rooms. A designated smoking area is provided.

  2. No firecrackers, LPG tanks, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

  3. Pets are allowed outdoors only (with leash or cage) and subject to a ₱500 cleaning fee. A ₱1,000 pet deposit is required.

  4. No sharp or pointed objects near inflatables. Guests must inspect inflatables upon use. Damaged inflatables will be charged accordingly.

  5. Children must be supervised by an adult when swimming.

  6. Cleaning and disinfection of the pool are done every morning, midday, and midnight to maintain water safety.

  7. Maintain peace and serenity. No videoke, loud speakers or disruptive devices after 10:00 PM.

 


 

🚗 Vehicles & Security

  1. Guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and personal belongings.
    The resort is not liable for lost or damaged items.

 


 

⚠️ Safety & Liability

  1. The resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal loss.
    Guests enter and use the facilities at their own risk.

  2. First Aid will be provided for minor injuries or health concerns.

  3. The resort reserves the right to refuse entry or evict guests who violate these rules or disturb the peace of other guests.

  4. All guests must agree to the terms stated in the “Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form”.
